What You'll Do:
Operate and maintain PLC-controlled equipment.
Ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality goods.
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health & Safety protocols.

Responsibilities
* Safely operate, start up, and shut down production lines.
* Change over materials and update production dates based on orders.
* Efficiently operate IPC interfaces and labeling systems.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues, clear jams, and perform minor repairs.
* Perform routine cleaning and maintenance, and report any major issues.
* Immediately report all food safety or product quality concerns.
* Support other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Able to pass a criminal background check.
* Willing to learn and apply new manufacturing best practices.
* Flexible to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
* Strong at resolving conflicts and staying professional under pressure.
* Committed to a "Right First Time" quality mindset.
* Proactive, follows directions well, and executes plans efficiently.
* Possesses technical aptitude; a technical background is a plus.
* Practices safe work habits and has a strong work ethic.
* Comfortable working both independently and with a team.
* Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning, safety, and operations.
