Shift Stability: Reliable Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a predictable 2-week rotation.

What We Need You to Do:
- As a key member of our production team, you will focus on safe and efficient machine operation:
- Operate and support PLC-controlled equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Monitor equipment and processes to maintain strict quality control standards.
- Diligently follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health & Safety protocols.
Your Background:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Machine Operator experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Responsibilities
Start up, operate, and safely shut down production lines following all protocols.
Execute material changeovers and update production data based on shop orders.
Operate and maintain IPC interfaces and in-line labeling systems.
Troubleshoot equipment by clearing jams and performing minor repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance; report complex issues for repair.
Immediately report any food safety or product quality concerns.
Support production flow by completing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Committed to continuous improvement and learning Manufacturing Best Practices.
Flexible availability to cover overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
Maintain professionalism and strong conflict resolution skills under pressure.
Demonstrates a "Right First Time" quality mindset.
Shows initiative, follows directions well, and executes plans efficiently.
Possesses strong technical aptitude (technical background is an asset).
Consistently practices safe work habits and displays a strong work ethic.
Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Familiar with SOPs related to operations, cleaning, safety, startup, and Critical Quality Points (CQPs).
