The Schedule (2-Week Rotation)

Week 1 (3 Shifts): Monday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2 (4 Shifts): Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
Your Focus (Key Responsibilities)
Operate Machinery: Hands-on operation and monitoring of PLC-controlled equipment.
Ensure Quality: Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to produce high-quality goods.
Maintain Safety: Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety protocols.
Production Support: Perform basic checks and adjustments to ensure efficient flow.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Minimum 2+ years of Machine Operator experience in an industrial setting.
Proven ability to operate and support PLC-controlled equipment.

Responsibilities
Start up, operate, and safely shut down production lines, following all safety protocols.
Change over materials and update production dates based on shop order requirements.
Efficiently and accurately operate IPC interfaces and in-line labeling systems.
Identify and clear jams, troubleshoot equipment issues, and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime.
Perform routine cleaning and general maintenance, and promptly notify appropriate personnel of required additional maintenance.
Immediately report any food safety or product quality concerns to authorized team members.
Support other production tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or team lead.
Qualifications
Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Willingness to learn and apply Manufacturing Best Practices for continuous improvement.
Flexible availability, including willingness to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Committed to a "Right First Time" quality mindset.
Demonstrates initiative, follows directions, and executes plans efficiently.
Possesses technical aptitude; a technical background is considered an asset.
Consistently practices safe work habits and displays a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cleaning, startup, safety, operations, and Critical Quality Points (CQP).
