Operate Weber and Garant Machines, packaging at required dial speeds
Roll preparation
Re-web machine
Machine Adjustments
Adjust slits, adjust/replace tucking blades, adjust and/or replace spots, change
coarse/fine knives
Cut and install correct bottom pesters, maintain glue levels
Shop Floor software, Labelling, counting and palletizing
Machine Cleaning
Production Target Achievement

Identify and report variations and deviations
Qualifications
3+ years experience in printing industry, experience on similar machines is preferred
Highschool diploma or GED
Mechanically inclined
Able to lift up-to 50 lbs
Work Safely in accordance with all corporate and legislative Health & Safety standards
and policies.
Summary
Strong time management skills with a reputation for punctuality and reliability.
Ability to problem Collaborative attitude with the ability to interact effectively with
management and colleagues.
Attention to detail to accurately read production sheets, sample boards and schedule
lists
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
