Training Schedule: Training will take place during either the morning or afternoon shift.

Regular Schedule: The primary schedule consists of 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
Alternative Shifts:
Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
Compensation: $24.00 – $26.00/hour, plus applicable shift premiums.
Requirement: A reliable vehicle is required, as this location is not accessible by public transit.
Read blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts are made to exact specs.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Follow all safety rules and workplace procedures at all times.
Keep your work area clean and organized.
Work with the team to hit daily production targets
What We’re Looking For
Experience operating press brakes and/or shear equipment.
Strong ability to read blueprints and measure accurately.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Ability to lift up to [50 lbs] and stand for long periods.

- Conduct frequent quality checks to ensure every part meets strict standards.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical hitches to keep the line moving smoothly.
- Document production wins, including output counts and machine run-times.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following all site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- A mechanical mindset and comfort using basic tools or interfaces.
- The physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Rock-solid reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
- A collaborative attitude—you know that great production is a team sport.
