This is a temp-to-perm opportunity featuring a unique compressed work week (4 days on, 3 days off) and a competitive starting rate. Training Period: Mon – Thurs 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Full Schedule (Post-Training): 2-week rotation between Days and Nights.
Day Shift: Mon – Thurs 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Night Shift: Mon – Thurs 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot specialized packing machines used in a production environment.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach forklifts to move heavy products and raw materials.
Production Support: Ensure the production line stays active by feeding materials and clearing jams in the packing area.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects or damage before final packaging.
Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to strict industrial safety protocols and perform basic machine cleaning and pre-shift inspections.
Qualifications
Certification: Must hold valid external forklift licenses (Counterbalance and Reach).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or heavy manufacturing environment.
Technical Skillset: Previous experience operating packing machines is required.
Industry Asset: Prior experience in a stone, brick, or paver manufacturing plant is a significant advantage.
Shift Flexibility: Must be able to commit to the 2-week rotation (Days/Nights) and the 12-hour shift structure.
Physicality: Ability to work in a heavy industrial environment and handle the physical demands of the production floor.
