- Schedule: Monday to Friday, morning shifts

Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate machinery according to precise technical specifications.
- Continuously monitor production lines, adjusting temperature controls, pressure settings, and line speeds to ensure consistent product flow.
- Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues or material flow disruptions to minimize downtime.
- Perform regular quality checks and measurements (using calipers, micrometers, or gauges) to ensure product meets standards.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of production yields, scrap rates, and quality check results.
- Safely lift, move, and stack raw materials and finished hose reels weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year as a Machine Operator or Assembler.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in hand tools or power tools.
