In this Machine Operator position, you will be a vital part of the Fabrication et logistique department, contributing to the high-quality production of steel components. The daily operations involve the precise use of industrial machinery, including the Machine operating of Plasma cutter equipment, which is essential for meeting technical specifications. This Machine Operator role requires a hands-on approach, as you will also be responsible for grinding using power tools and performing spot welding to ensure the final products meet the required standards. Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor a Plasma cutter to produce precise steel components according to blueprints.
• Perform grinding using power tools to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from finished parts.
• Execute spot welding tasks to join metal components securely as per production requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety protocols within the steel manufacturing facility.
• Follow all technical specifications and O-Net industry standards for metal fabrication and machine operation.
• Collaborate with the Fabrication et logistique supervisors to meet daily production targets and shift deadlines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the maintenance department.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Machine operating of Plasma cutter or similar CNC-style metal cutting equipment.
• Strong manual dexterity for grinding using power tools and handling small metal components.
• Basic knowledge of spot welding techniques and metal assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or work orders.
• Strong attention to detail to identify defects during the production process.
• Commitment to workplace safety and the consistent use of personal protective equipment.
