Responsibilities
- Launch, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily output targets.

- Troubleshoot minor mechanical hitches to keep the line moving smoothly.
- Document production wins, including output counts and machine run-times.
- Maintain a safe, organized workspace by following all site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- A mechanical mindset and comfort using basic tools or interfaces.
- The physical stamina to handle long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Rock-solid reliability and a commitment to workplace safety.
