Responsibilities
- Precision Setup: Preparing and adjusting machinery for high-efficiency production runs.
- Flow Management: Loading raw materials and managing the output of finished goods.
- Quality Control: Monitoring parts to ensure they meet exact client specifications.
- Smart Maintenance: Identifying equipment issues early and performing basic preventative care.
- Record Keeping: Tracking production metrics, scrap rates, and downtime.
Qualifications
- A Solid Work Ethic: A history of reliability and excellent attendance.
- Physical Readiness: Comfort standing for long shifts (8–12 hours) and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Technical Interest: Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow digital instructions.
- Safety Consciousness: Commitment to wearing PPE (Steel-toed boots required) and following all site protocols.
- Experience: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a strong asset, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
