Responsibilities
- Machine Calibration: Setting up and fine-tuning equipment for optimal production speed.
- Material Logistics: Loading raw materials and managing the flow of finished products.
- Quality Assurance: Conducting regular inspections to ensure all parts meet rigorous quality standards.
- Proactive Maintenance: Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Logging production data, scrap counts, and shift metrics.
Qualifications
- Reliability: A proven track record of being dependable and punctual.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 8–12 hour shifts and comfortably lift 30–50 lbs.
- Aptitude: Basic mechanical skills and the ability to follow technical blueprints or digital workflows.
- Safety Mindset: A commitment to a "zero-harm" workplace and the consistent use of PPE (Steel-toed boots are a must).
- Background: Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is required.
