Responsibilities
- Set Up & Operate Equipment: Efficiently run, monitor, and adjust high-output production machinery to hit target output numbers.
- Perform Quality Checks: Conduct active visual and physical inspections of finished products to guarantee compliance with client standards.
- Basic Mechanical Troubleshooting: Quickly identify line jams or machinery glitches to maintain continuous production flow.
- Prioritize Safety: Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized while adhering closely to provincial OHSA guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Coordinate effectively with warehouse and material handling teams to keep production materials moving seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Relevant Background: Prior experience running machinery in manufacturing, industrial production, or high-volume warehousing.
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude: Comfortable working around heavy equipment and confident using basic hand tools for adjustments.
- Dependable Track Record: Demonstrated history of punctuality, strong work ethic, and personal reliability.
