Responsibilities
Set up, calibrate, clean, and adjust low-speed machinery and line speed controls.
Monitor production output to identify, log, and resolve machine errors or product flaws.
Maintain machinery to ensure safe, continuous operation and suggest process improvements.
Maintain accurate activity logs and records of approved versus defective units.
Train and oversee team members on line operating procedures.
Follow all Health & Safety guidelines, ISO standards, and GMP quality procedures.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience operating production machinery.
High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and operating manuals.
Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Capability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs / push up to 25 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely with minimal supervision.
