As a Machine Operator, you are the engine of our operation. You will work in a highly automated, clean, and safe facility, mastering state-of-the-art machinery and ensuring every product meets our sky-high standards.

Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
Work in a highly automated clean and safe working environment
Operate Homag panel processing machinery - including but not limited to, Beam Saw, Hot-Air Edgebander, CNC Routers, Robotic Storage Yard
Take direction from the Operations Manager to meet weekly production goals
Maintain and carry out set machine maintenance schedules
Quality Control of all products at all times during the production process
Refine and improve upon existing machine operational functions for increased productivity/efficiency
Bring forward suggestions for operational improvements relating to machining procedures
Work with the team when all hands on deck required
Adhere to local safety standards within our industry
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Excellent computer skills (primarily Windows) and proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Chat).
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; push or pull up to 150 pounds (rolling cart/pallet jack); and the ability to stand, sit, stoop, reach, and bend for long periods.
Own general hand tools.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant.
Experience operating panel processing machinery.
