Responsibilities
- Directly assist Machine Operators to maintain smooth production flow.
- Follow all SOPs, procedures, and safety standards (including WHMIS and required PPE).
- Palletize finished products and ensure materials are properly sorted and used.
- Report any concerns regarding quality, equipment, or processes to the operator/team lead.
- Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with the production team.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or similar production setting.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good problem-solving ability.
- Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company.
