Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth daily operations.
Precision & Compliance: Follow detailed work orders, production instructions, and strict safety protocols.
Quality Control: Conduct regular machine adjustments and inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and production leads to hit daily output targets.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation or a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Mechanical Aptitude: A strong natural ability to understand machinery, coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
Safety & Compliance: A disciplined approach to following safety protocols and production guidelines without compromise.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Technical Basics: Proficient in basic math and precise measurement skills to ensure product accuracy.
Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and thrives in an environment where speed and quality go hand-in-hand.
