Responsibilities
- System Ownership: Set up, launch, and monitor advanced production machinery to hit peak output targets.
- Precision Control: Conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure every unit meets "zero-defect" standards.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical hitches to prevent downtime and keep the line flowing.
- Data Accuracy: Track your production wins, including output metrics and machine run-times.
- Safety Excellence: Lead by example by maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace and following all site protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: A background in machine operation within a manufacturing or industrial warehouse setting.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort using digital interfaces, hand tools, and mechanical controls.
- Physical Resilience: Ability to manage long shifts on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs comfortably.
