Responsibilities
- Machine Mastery: Execute setups and changeovers, ensuring high-speed equipment hits peak performance.
- Quality Oversight: Maintain a "first-time right" approach with frequent inspections to uphold zero-defect standards.
- Rapid Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical hiccups on the fly to minimize downtime and maintain flow.
- Production Tracking: Log key performance indicators, including machine run-times and total output.
- Safety Leadership: Keep your station organized and hazard-free while strictly adhering to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Industry Background: Prior experience operating machinery in a fast-paced factory or manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical Dexterity: High comfort level with hand tools, digital interfaces, and mechanical adjustments.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Reliability: A track record of being dependable, punctual, and a collaborative team player.
