Responsibilities
- Machinery Operations: Efficiently set up, operate, and monitor high-speed automated production machinery.
- Quality Control: Perform detailed visual inspections on components and finished products to maintain high quality standards.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Identify minor mechanical issues and perform quick adjustments to minimize line downtime.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere strictly to OHSA regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and material handling teams to keep production targets on track.
Qualifications
- Background: Previous experience operating equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics setting.
- Aptitude: Strong mechanical reasoning and comfort working around automated machinery and basic hand tools.
- Dependability: A proven track record of excellent attendance, punctuality, and accountability.
