- Proactive Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve basic mechanical issues quickly to keep machine downtime to an absolute minimum.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace while strictly adhering to all OHSA safety rules and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with team leads, material handlers, and warehouse staff to consistently hit daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Relevant Background: Previous experience working in a high-volume manufacturing, plant, or industrial setting.
- Technical & Mechanical Aptitude: Hands-on experience using basic tools and navigating computerized machine interfaces.
- Dependability: A proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and a solid work ethic.
