- Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed manufacturing machinery for optimal efficiency.
- Perform precise quality control inspections to ensure products meet precise specifications.
- Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to maintain smooth production flow and minimize downtime.
- Maintain an organized workstation and adhere strictly to all OHSA safety practices.
- Collaborate effectively with shift leads, material handlers, and facility staff to exceed daily targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Background in high-volume industrial, assembly, or manufacturing environments.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable operating hand tools and interacting with automated equipment controls.
- Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and excellent punctuality.
- Safety First: Commitment to maintaining a secure, hazard-free workplace.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing and moving throughout active, fast-paced shift hours.
