What You'll Do:
- Operate & Maintain: Run and maintain machinery, including mould changes, material loading, and batching software management.
- Quality Champion: Conduct routine quality checks, ensuring products meet our high standards.
- Boost Productivity: Optimize equipment performance, track production metrics, and collaborate to meet targets.
What We're Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Technically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong understanding of and adherence to safety protocols.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.
- Available for a rotating shift schedule (up to 12-hour shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
