Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, monitor, and run cutting-edge automated industrial machinery to ensure seamless production.
- Quality Assurance: Execute regular dimensional and visual inspections to guarantee every product meets exact standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and correct minor mechanical or line glitches on the fly to prevent downtime.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain an organized, hazard-free workstation while strictly following all OHSA health and safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with material handlers, warehouse staff, and supervisors to hit daily output goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience operating machinery, working on production lines, or performing assembly in a fast-paced plant environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, comfort around automated control systems, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Reliability: Rock-solid attendance record, strong punctuality, and a dependable work ethic.
