- Line Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical hiccups rapidly to minimize line interruptions.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain an organized work environment while upholding strict OHSA safety compliance standards.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Coordinate effectively with warehouse teams, material handling staff, and shift leaders to meet daily quota goals.
Qualifications
- Relevant Background: Proven experience in machine operation, assembly line execution, or general production within an industrial environment.
