Schedule: Stable Monday to Friday shifts/ continentals as well
Competitive Pay: $20.00 – $24.00/hr (Commensurate with experience).

Responsibilities
Safely operate fabrication and production machinery, including shearing, punching, and bending equipment.
Conduct daily pre-start safety inspections and verify all machine guards and interlocks.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure machinery remains in peak condition.
Interpret production blueprints and digital sketches using manufacturing software.
Configure machine sequences and material feeds to manage efficient production flow.
Monitor equipment to proactively clear jams, prevent blockages, and ensure proper lubrication.
Maintain a tidy, hazard-free workspace and assist with various production tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
1+ years of experience operating production, fabrication, or batch-making machinery.
Local residency within 50 km of Milton, ON.
Ability to read and interpret basic manufacturing blueprints and layouts.
Proficiency with computer applications and MS Office.
Strong safety mindset and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
