In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless operation of automated packaging equipment. Whether you are troubleshooting a minor mechanical hiccup or ensuring that every package meets strict quality specifications, your work as a Machine Operator directly impacts the success of the operation. This position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule (7:00 am to 3:00 pm), allowing for an excellent work-life balance within the manufacturing & logistics industry.
Regarding language requirements, while the primary language of the workplace is English, clear communication is essential for documenting production data and collaborating with the broader manufacturing & logistics team. Being able to follow complex technical manuals and safety protocols in English is a core requirement for this Machine Operator position.

Pay: $21- $24 per hour
Shift: Monday- Friday 7:am-3pm

Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor automated packaging machines in accordance with strict production schedules.
• Conduct thorough inspections of packaged products to ensure 100% quality and compliance with company specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues promptly during the packaging process to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and deep cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Document all production data, machine settings, and downtime accurately in the tracking system.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a zero-incident working environment.
• Assist with various warehouse duties as needed to support the overall manufacturing & logistics flow.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process optimization to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Previous experience operating automated machinery (packaging experience is a strong asset).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to the Milton facility for a 7:00 am start.
• Commitment to workplace safety and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Basic computer literacy for documenting production data and machine logs.
