Pay Range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Technical Requirements:
Equipment: Experience with Davenport and Wickman machinery (preferred).
Technical Skills: Competency in changing gears, CAMs, and tooling.
Documentation: Ability to interpret tool layout sheets and engineering drawings.
Metrology: Skilled in using calipers, height gauges, thread ring/plug gauges, and various micrometers (depth, blade).
Tooling: Knowledge of drills, form tools, reamers, and thread mills.

Responsibilities
Operate and troubleshoot precision machinery to manufacture high-quality components.
Perform routine maintenance and adjust machine settings for peak functionality.
Inspect and test components to ensure precision and quality standards.
Verify that all parts adhere to technical specifications and quality assurance.
Comply strictly with all corporate health and safety protocols.
Work with the Machinist team to achieve production targets and goals.
Monitor machining processes to ensure workflow efficiency and productivity.
Resolve machining problems through technical adjustments.
Report unresolved equipment or production issues to supervisors.
Model company values of integrity, teamwork, and service excellence.
Qualifications
Technical expertise in machining processes, including operation, setup, and maintenance.
Proficiency in inspecting and testing components against technical specifications.
Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues rapidly to minimize production downtime.
Adaptable multitasker capable of thriving in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
