Job Type: Full-Time Temporary-to-Permanent
Pay Rate: $23.00-$30.00 (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Operate state-of-the-art Homag panel processing machinery, including Beam Saws, CNC Routers, Hot-Air Edgebanders, and Robotic Storage Systems
- Manufacture precision cabinetry components while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and follow established maintenance schedules
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to meet weekly production targets
- Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency and production workflows
- Contribute ideas for continuous operational improvement
- Step in when teamwork is needed — all hands on deck
- Follow all local and industry safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred (not mandatory)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable with computers (Windows OS, Google Suite – Gmail & Chat)
- Experience with panel processing machinery is an asset (training provided)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 150 lbs using carts or pallet jacks
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks
