We are currently looking for a Mail and Print Generalist to support our client in their Calgary office. In this role you will work full time hours on 1 month assignment.
Work Environment: Role is 100% onsite at the Calgary office
Contract Date 3/23/2026- 4/17/2026

Responsibilities
Based in the mailroom, you will be responsible for supporting mail, courier management, and assisting with print services for the Calgary office. Your responsibilities will include handling payment processing and reconciliation for these services, managing and procuring inventory for mail, print, and copy stations, and consistently delivering an elevated, differentiated customer service experience. Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times is also essential.
From time to time, you may also be asked to provide support to facilities, assist with Health and Safety duties, or offer other backup as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in mailroom, distribution, or similar business operations or administrative support
2–3 years of work experience in customer service, hospitality, or a facilities environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and a task-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
A professional demeanor
Flexibility with work hours to support the needs of the business (core hours of the role are 8:00am - 4:30pm).
Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
