Prepare paper documents for digitization.
Scan paper documents using a Ricoh copier/scanner.
Review digital documents for accuracy and compliance.
Manage and secure physical files within the branch.
Provide daily/weekly updates to management via email/phone.
Adhere to TD Health & Safety rules and privacy policies.
Adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Communicate issues and potential risks proactively.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Highly developed organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
Experience operating photocopiers/scanners.
Document filing experience is an asset.
