Responsibilities
Report to the assigned Retail Branch to support document filing and digitization processes.
Prepare paper documents filed in the branch for digitization.
Scan paper documents into the Ricoh copier/scanner.
Review digitally filed documents to confirm accuracy and ensure they meet all requirements of the business.
Manage files in the branch and ensure they are secured in their designated locations.
Provide daily and weekly updates to the management teams via email and/or phone.
Adhere to the Health and Safety rules of the working location. Wearing a face mask will be mandatory when operating in any open areas of the branch location.
Adhere to Privacy Policies and Employee Conduct Rules.
Adapt and remain flexible to support a broad spectrum of initiatives in an environment where business priorities may frequently shift.
Ensure timely communication of issues / points of interest and status and early identification of emerging risk(s).
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of relevant experience
Professional with highly developed organization skills
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Comfortable operating a photocopier/scanner
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Document filing experience is an asset
