Report to the assigned Retail Branch to support document filing and digitization processes.
Prepare paper documents for digitization.
Scan paper documents into the Ricoh copier/scanner.
Review digitally filed documents to confirm accuracy.
Manage files in the branch and ensure they are secured.
Provide daily and weekly updates to management teams.
Adhere to Health and Safety rules and Privacy Policies.
Adapt to shifting business priorities.
Communicate issues/risks promptly.
Qualifications
Professional with highly developed organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Good communication skills. Comfortable operating a photocopier/scanner. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel). Document filing experience is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience.
