Duration: Contract (Feb 2, 2026 – June 12, 2026)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No weekends/overtime)
Pay Rate: $17.90/hr

Responsibilities
Digitization: Prepare physical branch documents for scanning and operate high-volume hardware (Ricoh photocopiers/scanners).
Quality Control: Review digitally filed documents to confirm accuracy and ensure they meet all business and regulatory requirements.
File Management: Organize and manage physical files within the branch, ensuring they are stored securely in designated locations.
Reporting: Provide daily and weekly status updates to management teams via email and Microsoft Teams.
Compliance: Adhere to all Health and Safety rules, Privacy Policies, and Employee Conduct codes.
Adaptability: Support a broad spectrum of initiatives where business priorities may shift, ensuring early identification of emerging risks or issues.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in an office or administrative setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and comfort operating office hardware (photocopiers/scanners).
Soft Skills: Highly developed organizational skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have: Previous experience in document filing or records management is considered a strong asset.
