Responsibilities
Digital Transformation: Utilize high-speed portable scanners and Adobe Standard to digitize tax documents into secure client folders.
Documentation Management: Review Tax Notices of Assessment for changes and ensure accurate filing within the internal system.
Operational Support: Provide essential mail and file room assistance to the Tax Services office.
Special Projects: Support the Tax Administrator with ad-hoc operational tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary education required. We highly encourage recent grads or current students in Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration to apply.
Experience: Approximately 1 year of professional experience (office or administrative preferred).
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Adobe Standard. You should be comfortable navigating new hardware (scanners) and software quickly.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Detail Oriented: A sharp eye for accuracy, especially when reviewing financial or tax-related notices.
