Responsibilities
Sort, scan, and digitally archive large volumes of physical documents
Manage outgoing mail and coordinate shipments
Maintain organization and accuracy while handling sensitive materials
Work independently after initial training on equipment and processes
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Comfort handling repetitive tasks with consistency
Previous administrative or mailroom experience is an asset
