Responsibilities
Assist with Maintenance Tasks: Support technicians in carrying out repairs and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
Perform Basic Upkeep: Conduct regular cleaning, die burning, breaker plate maintenance, lubrication, and inspections as assigned.
Tool & Material Handling: Safely transport tools, materials, and parts to appropriate job sites within the facility.
Workplace Organization: Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work environment by properly cleaning and storing tools and materials.
Preventive Maintenance Support: Complete scheduled tasks such as filter replacements, bolt tightening, and wear inspections.
Issue Reporting: Identify and report potential safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, and other issues to the maintenance supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a maintenance or industrial environment
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand/power tools
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Commitment to safety and quality standards
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying conditions
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
