In this role, you won’t be expected to do the heavy engineering, but you will be the "go-to" person for keeping the facility running smoothly. You will work directly under the guidance ofthe Maintenance Manager, assisting with general upkeep, minor repairs, and seasonal grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities
-Facility Upkeep: Clearing snow from walkways and entrances during winter months and ensuring the grounds are tidy.
-General Repairs: Handling basic plumbing issues (like clearing plugged toilets or fixing leaky faucets) and minor interior repairs.
-Assistant Duties: Helping the Maintenance Manager with larger projects, moving equipment, or fetching tools and supplies.
-Safety: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
-Preventative Care: Performing routine checks on facility fixtures to ensure everything is in working order.
Qualifications
-Reliability: You show up on time and ready to tackle the day's list.
-Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical labor, including shoveling, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
-Problem-Solving Skills: A "can-do" attitude when faced with a clogged drain or a broken door handle.
-Willingness to Learn: You don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable taking direction and learning new maintenance skills.
-Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from the Maintenance Manager.
