Responsibilities
- Perform routine office upkeep, general facility maintenance, and simple building repairs as directed.
- Safely use basic hand and power tools to handle minor hardware fixes, patch drywall, tighten fixtures, and adjust doors.
- Conduct regular office walkthroughs to proactively identify safety hazards, burnt-out lighting, or areas needing repair.
- Carefully disassemble, move, reassemble, and configure meeting rooms, cubicles, and corporate office furniture.
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing heavy office shipments, inventory, and facility assets.
- Adhere strictly to all corporate health, safety, and environmental protocols while performing physical tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment.
- Physically able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent communicate skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot any issues.
- Experience working in a corporate setting is an asset.
