Job Title: Maintenance Technical Apprentice
Location: Calgary, AB
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $25/hour
Advantages

Responsibilities
Perform minor repairs (doors, paint touch-ups, etc.)
Assist with tenant and corporate event setups
Conduct daily inspections and help with preventative maintenance
Access tenant spaces as needed to complete tasks
Support general upkeep of the building’s finishes, fixtures, and amenities
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Basic mechanical aptitude
Comfortable using hand tools and doing minor repairs
Able to lift and move equipment as required
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous experience in a commercial or office tower environment
Experience & Education:
1–2 years of experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities support role preferred
High school diploma required; post-secondary training a plus
Technology Skills:
Basic computer skills for completing online training and sending/receiving emails
