Pay Rate - $45-50/hr
Shift - Straight Days or Afternoons

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to maintenance technicians on shift
Lead and support troubleshooting of complex electrical and electro-mechanical issues on production equipment
Coordinate and prioritize preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure minimal disruption to operations
Act as the primary point of contact between maintenance, production, and leadership teams
Support and oversee installations, upgrades, and commissioning of new equipment and systems
Review and assign work orders, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation in CMMS
Mentor and support team members by sharing technical knowledge and enforcing best practices
Monitor equipment performance and drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures, and regulatory requirements
Participate in hands-on maintenance activities including inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
Assist with shutdown planning and execution, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed efficiently
Support training and onboarding of new hires and apprentices
Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as required
Qualifications
Valid Ontario 442A Industrial Electrician License (required)
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Previous lead hand, supervisory, or informal leadership experience in a maintenance setting
Strong expertise in electrical troubleshooting, controls, and industrial systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
Proven ability to prioritize work, delegate tasks, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
Strong understanding of Ontario electrical code, safety regulations, and LOTO procedures
