Responsibilities
•Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of maintenance technicians. now at 7
•Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment such as furnaces, CNC cutting machines, conveyors, and automated systems.
•Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment life.
•Collaborate with Production and Operations leaders to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to manufacturing.
•Monitor equipment performance, analyze data, and recommend upgrades or modifications for efficiency and cost savings.
•Manage spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure readiness for urgent repairs.
Qualifications
•5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
•Strong hands-on expertise with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems (glass manufacturing equipment experience is a strong asset).
•Proven leadership ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
•Skilled at reading technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
•Experience with CMMS or maintenance management systems.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
•Knowledge of OSHA standards and industrial safety practices.
•Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
