Responsibilities
- You will oversee the daily operations of the repair department, ensuring all equipment and building systems function at peak efficiency.
- The Maintenance Manager is responsible for mentoring and training staff while managing department key performance indicators.
- You will develop and control the annual maintenance budget, prioritizing urgent repairs and capital projects.
- The role requires you to coordinate preventative maintenance schedules with production leaders to minimize operational downtime.
- You will perform root cause analysis on mechanical failures to implement long-term technical solutions.
Qualifications
- You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related Business Administration field.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a manufacturing industry setting.
- You demonstrate high proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints and technical schematics.
- Extensive technical knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical processes is required for this Maintenance Manager position.
