At our Cascades facilities in Pryor, Oklahoma, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group as the Maintenance Manager:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the maintenance Safety culture and enforce safe work practices, policies and accountability.
- Utilize LEAN manufacturing experience to drive the strategic plan and support continued implementation of LEAN methodologies and tools.
- Drive asset reliability programs and processes that support operations objectives.
- Participate in the annual action planning process and budget development.
- Prepare and execute investment and asset maintenance plans, shutdowns, and meet return on investment targets.
- Engage and develop employees for personal & professional growth.
- In accordance with established business rules and best practices, ensure compliance with Cascades’ business processes in the plant.
- Support and lead maintenance team KPI’s and quality of work.
- Communicate, lead, and support the plan that will achieve targets in terms of production capacity, standardization of operating costs, quality, engagement and health and safety.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
- Extensive experience in management and maintenance manufacturing best practice that support facility objectives.
- Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence.
- Strong communication skills, tact, and diplomacy.
- Agility to work within a 24/7 fast paced paper manufacturing operations facility.
- Adept at using technology tools to analyze, plan and execute up-time strategies.
- Experience with MS365, specifically Excel and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of SAP software
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Manufacturing operations leadership experience with at least 5 years in an engineering, maintenance or reliability role considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2 years experience required in the following:
- Experience leading a maintenance department.
- Experience managing and coaching individuals.
- Experience with safe working practices. Lockout, PPE, confined space
- Highly desirable to have experience with pulp and paper mill equipment, products, processes and technologies.
- Experience implementing optimized planning and scheduling processes.
- Experience developing key performance indicators to monitor progress of projects and objectives.
- Experience creating and managing Capital Expenditure budgets.
