In this role you will be work on custom build where you will be asked to use blueprints and schematics to build and assemble truck body components.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
System Integration: Assemble complex heavy-vehicle bodies and integrated mechanical systems from the ground up.
Precision Fabrication: Measure, align, and secure components using a variety of techniques including drilling, bolting, and riveting.
Hydraulics: Perform hydraulic hose assembly and integrate fluid power systems into mobile units.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately interpret technical mechanical drawings and complex assembly schematics.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections and QA sign-offs to ensure every unit meets rigorous safety and performance standards.
Shop Operations: Maintain accurate daily timecards, track project progress, and assist with specialized service or repair projects as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical Expertise: Strong mechanical aptitude with a background in heavy equipment or automotive manufacturing.
Tool Proficiency: Expert-level experience with hand and power tools (e.g., drills, taps, saws, levels, and precision measuring tapes).
Technical Literacy: Ability to translate 2D technical drawings into 3D physical builds.
Safety Mindset: A proven track record of operating tools and moving heavy components in a safe, efficient manner.
