Job Title: Maintenance Parts Coordinator
Location: Calgary
Status: Full-time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $25+/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime

Responsibilities
Manage inventory and ensure accurate parts availability
Process parts orders, shipping, and receiving
Respond to internal and external parts requests quickly
Research and source parts for technicians and customers
Maintain correct pricing and manage backorders
Handle administrative tasks including order entry and invoice coding
Support warranty claims and parts-related inquiries
Participate in inventory counts and audits
Qualifications
Experience using software for inventory and purchasing.
Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Stand up Forklift Experience is considered a asset
Experience with ordering/inventory of parts.
