- Base Salary Range for MAINTENANCE PLANNER IS $60,000-$85,000 plus profit sharing

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders.
- Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities while ensuring parts coordination and availability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment condition, and maintenance costs.
- Plan for and schedule PM’s, outages while navigating operations and engineering directives.
- Collaborate with Engineering and operations teams to plan and implement equipment modifications and upgrades.
- Plan, recommend and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements.
- Support teams in problem solving.
- Support the scheduler in establishing the optimal sequence for production.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
- Proven experience as a maintenance planner or similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing (an asset)
- Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspires and engages teams to achieve excellence
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to prioritize, react and make decisions while multi-tasking
- Strong listening skills to quickly understand needs and issues
- Agility needed to work with various technology tools
- Knowledge of SAP software is highly desirable
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.
- Relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365.
- Emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerBI
