Salary $110k-$120k (based on experience)
Responsibilities
Oversee mechanical and electrical systems in food, packaging, or pharma environments
Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns efficiently
Lead and develop a team of Millwrights and Electricians
Provide hands-on preventive maintenance and repairs
Ensure clear written and verbal communication with the team and other departments
Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion
Direct contractors on-site to ensure safety and quality
Lead projects such as upgrades and installations
Manage payroll, including timecards and overtime
Qualifications
433a and/or 442a (must)
5+ years of supervisor experience
Strong communication skills (both written and oral) to effectively interact with team members and other departments within the brand
Food, Packaging or Pharma manufacturing industry is a must
