We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with a background in the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector who is a genuine floor leader.

Maintenance Supervisor position.
Approximately 95% of your time will be spent on the production floor. You will be a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor, troubleshooting issues and supporting your team.

Responsibilities
-Lead, motivate, and develop a team of maintenance staff across three shifts, ensuring a high-performance and safe working culture.
-Coordinate and communicate maintenance activities with all relevant stakeholders.
-Ensure timely execution of all scheduled work, including preventive maintenance, as well as emergency/breakdown work, providing guidance on prioritization.
-Supervise and audit work completed by the maintenance team and contractors to ensure compliance with company policies, including GMP, Health & Safety, and Food Safety requirements.
-Design, build, and maintain electrical and electronic systems for manufacturing, process, and packaging equipment.
-Troubleshoot and adjust PLC and HMI programs, and tune equipment for proper operation.
-Create and maintain electrical schematics and system drawings using AutoCAD Electrical.
-Assist in the assembly, programming, and installation of new equipment as necessary.
Qualifications
-At least 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Lead within a manufacturing environment.
-Demonstrated experience in a food or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting is essential.
-Strong technical abilities in troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical issues.
-Familiarity with Rockwell Software 5/500/5000, Factory Talk View, and AutoCAD is required.
-An 443A or 442A license
-Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on being a hands-on team player.
-Knowledge of equipment like mixers, extrusion machines, cooling tunnels, coating machines, and packaging equipment is a significant advantage.
