Shift - Nights 10pm-6am
Salary - 71,000-87,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise Custodial Maintenance staff during midnight shifts
Manage staff scheduling, time-tracking, and deployment across all locations
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards are upheld to deliver excellent customer experience
Oversee maintenance and repair programs using SAP; monitor building systems including emergency power, elevators, and HVAC
Respond to escalated issues from staff or customers; resolve problems quickly and professionally
Support health & safety protocols, including conducting monthly safety talks and ensuring compliance with OHSA
Coordinate with external contractors for service delivery, repairs, and ongoing projects
Conduct inspections and provide recommendations to improve facility operations and deployment efficiency
Qualifications
Post-secondary education and 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance, construction, or operations
Supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
Experience using MS Office and maintenance systems like SAP
Solid understanding of OHSA and workplace safety practices
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License and personal vehicle with $2M liability insurance
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
