Shift - Continental Nights
Pay - $37-43 (depending on skills + experience)

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain bakery and packaging machinery to minimize downtime
Perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment
Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
Support production changeovers and equipment adjustments as per production schedules
Complete work orders and maintenance logs using a CMMS system
Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend long-term solutions
Maintain tools, workshop equipment, and spare parts inventory
Read and interpret drawings, manuals, and technical documentation
Follow and enforce food safety, GMP, and health & safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects
Assist with training operators on basic equipment care and mechanical awareness
Participate in safety programs including lockout/tagout, confined space, and hot work permits
Qualifications
MUST be on track to obtain 433A License
Experience in a manufacturing environment; food or bakery experience is a strong asset
Ability to troubleshoot high-speed automated equipment
Working knowledge of conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, motors, and lubrication systems
Basic welding and electrical troubleshooting skills considered an asset
Comfortable working in a team-based, production-driven environment
Able to work overtime, weekends, or shift work as required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
